What is a Coach Café?
Think of it as a creative roundtable — not a webinar! This is a live, interactive, cameras-on, microphones-on session where –practice facilitators, coaches, staff and clinicians — working to improve care gap closure at their practices share real-time stories, challenges, and solutions with each other.
