The PopHealth Learning Center is delighted to welcome Andie Martinez Patterson as Chief Strategy & Business Development Officer.

Andie brings deep experience across community health, public policy, advocacy, and systems change. She has spent her career turning policy, advocacy, and community health priorities into practical strategies that strengthen care for the communities health centers serve.

She has advanced community health center priorities statewide, helped shape payment reform for California’s health centers, and brought partners together across care delivery, financing, policy, and community priorities. Most recently, Andie served as CEO of Alameda Health Consortium and Community Health Center Network. Before that, she spent nearly 15 years at the California Primary Care Association.

At the Learning Center, Andie will help shape and advance our strategy, business development, and partnership agenda. She will work closely with our leadership team and external partners to identify opportunities for growth, build durable collaborations, and move strategic priorities from concept to implementation.

Her role will be especially important as the Learning Center continues expanding its work across population health, value-based care, primary care transformation, and data-enabled improvement. Andie will help ensure that our partnerships, resources, and growth strategy are aligned with the outcomes we are working toward: stronger care delivery, better support for safety-net providers, and healthier communities across California.

“Andie brings the kind of experience, judgment, and partnership orientation that will help the Learning Center move ambitious ideas into implementation,” said Jennifer Sayles, Chief Executive Officer of the PopHealth Learning Center. “She understands the healthcare landscape, the realities facing safety-net providers, and the importance of building durable partnerships that improve care and outcomes for communities.”

Andie joins the Learning Center at an important time as the organization continues to advance practical, data-enabled, and community-centered approaches to healthcare transformation across California.

Please join us in welcoming Andie to the PopHealth Learning Center.
