Peer & Collaborative Learning
We bring people together for evidence-based, collaborative learning
Led by experts, backed by evidence, our peer and collaborative learning practice creates space for teams to exchange insights, troubleshoot challenges, and workshop ideas that have been successful in other settings. The power of peer and collaborative learning can accelerate improvement by helping organizations learn from, and problem solve with, each other.

We support teams in the following ways:
- Facilitation and subject matter expert support
- Participant recruitment and engagement
- Engagement and coordination across stakeholders
- Implementation focus and learning from peers
- Data collection, analysis, monitoring, and oversight
- Synthesizing and disseminating learnings
Why it matters
Studies show professionals adopt new practices and embrace behavior change more successfully when learning with peers through collective problem-solving, accountability, and sharing of real-world strategies.
