Nusha serves as the Senior Director of Data and Evaluation for the Population Health Learning Center, leading the organization’s data strategy, measurement, analytics, and evaluation efforts to support healthcare transformation across California,
Nusha brings nearly two decades of experience in healthcare analytics, quality improvement, performance management, and population health. Prior to joining the Learning Center, she served as Executive Director of Measurement and Analytics at Providence’s Institute
for Human Caring, where she led enterprise measurement and analytics initiatives focused on improving quality and outcomes for seriously ill patients. Throughout her career, she has partnered with clinical, operational, and technology leaders to improve the
quality and usability of healthcare data, strengthen measurement and reporting capabilities, and support data-driven decision-making.
Nusha holds an MBA in Healthcare Management from the University of California, Irvine, and graduate and undergraduate degrees in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. She is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality
(CPHQ) and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
Outside of work, Nusha enjoys reading, hiking, spending time with family, and volunteering as a peer counselor supporting the professional growth and development of others
