Andie is a recognized leader in community health, healthcare policy, and delivery system transformation. Throughout her career, she has worked to advance strategies that strengthen community health centers, improve health outcomes, and expand access to high-quality care for underserved communities.

Most recently, Andie served as Chief Executive Officer of Alameda Health Consortium and Community Health Center Network, where she partnered with community health centers, healthcare providers, and public and private stakeholders to foster collaboration, drive innovation, and advance patient-centered care across Alameda County. Prior to that, she spent nearly 15 years at the California Primary Care Association, helping shape policy, financing, and advocacy initiatives on behalf of California’s community health centers.

Her experience spans healthcare delivery, payment reform, public policy, and partnership development. She is known for bringing together diverse stakeholders across healthcare, government, and community organizations to build practical solutions that improve care and support healthier communities.

At the Pop Health Learning Center, Andie supports strategic growth and partnership development efforts that advance population health, value-based care, primary care transformation, and health equity.
