This completed example shows how Herald Christian Health Center approached the EPT Data Governance Policy and Procedure deliverable. It demonstrates how a practice can define data governance roles and decision-making responsibilities, establish expectations for data access and use, address data quality and security, and document processes for managing, sharing, reporting, and integrating internal and external data. Practices can use the example to understand the expected level of detail and structure for developing their own policy and procedure.
