This attendance tracker allows EPT practices to review their organization’s participation in technical assistance activities held through May 2025. Practices can use the spreadsheet to confirm attendance, support internal participation tracking, and identify opportunities for additional engagement with available learning and technical assistance. Because this is a dated attendance report, practices should use the most recent tracker when reviewing current participation.
