Dr. Sarika Mohan is a distinguished Specialist Physician and Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), currently serving as an Improvement Advisor at the Population Health Learning Center. In this capacity, she delivers individualized coaching to primary care practices, supporting them in redesign initiatives that encompass team-based care, panel management, and population health strategies with the aim of optimizing performance in targeted measures and pay-for-performance programs. She brings expertise in tailoring and advancing coaching methodologies, including the creation of updated training materials, tools, and resources to enhance the effectiveness of PHLC programs.

Dr. Sarika brings over 16 years of leadership experience in Clinical Governance, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs across hospitals and public health sectors internationally. She excels in managing regulatory compliance for multinational organizations throughout Asia and the Middle East and is known as an “Accreditation Master” for her expertise in JCI, NABH, NABL, ISO, WHO, and US CDC standards. Her global accomplishments include leading quality initiatives for Qatar Airways, securing hospital accreditations in Asia, advancing U.S. CDC-funded projects with India and Sri Lanka, and implementing EHR software at California Mental Health Services Authority.

Dr. Sarika holds an MD in Microbiology and an MBBS from the University of Delhi, New Delhi, India. She is licensed by the Indian Board and has earned the distinguished CPHQ credential. This combination of clinical, quality, and leadership qualifications reflects her steadfast dedication to evidence-based clinical practice and operational excellence. Outside of her professional endeavors, Dr. Sarika values time spent with her husband and two children.
