EPT Practices, you’re invited to an optional Office Hours to help you and your team understand and report select Administrative Measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Experts from the Center for Excellence in Primary Care (CEPC) at UCSF will be presenting on measure specifications, sharing a reporting tool, and answering your questions so you can submit your practice’s data by Nov 1st, 2024.

This Office Hours will do a deep dive into the following EPT KPIs:

• Empaneled-Patients,
• Patient-Side Continuity,
• Third Next Available Appointment (TNAA)
