For Practices: Updates and Next Steps for the Equity and Practice Transformation (EPT) Payments Program

Join the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) and the Population Health Learning Center on Thursday, July 25, 2024 from 3pm – 4pm Pacific for a webinar on important program updates and next steps. This webinar is intended for practices participating in the EPT program.

Important changes to the Equity and Practice Transformation (EPT) direct payments program were made in response to the reduced EPT budget. During this webinar, the Learning Center and DHCS will discuss the revised EPT structure, including milestones, practice payments, technical assistance support, and more. We encourage at least one staff member from all EPT participating practices to attend and ask questions.
