For Managed Care Plans: Updates and Next Steps for the Equity and Practice Transformation (EPT) Payments Program

Join the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) and the Population Health Learning Center on Monday, July 29, 2024 from 4pm – 5pm Pacific for a webinar on important program updates and next steps for the Equity and Practice Transformation (EPT) program. This webinar is intended for Managed Care Plans (MCPs) who are sponsoring EPT practices.

Important changes to the Equity and Practice Transformation (EPT) direct payments program were made in response to the reduced EPT budget. During this webinar, the Learning Center and DHCS will discuss the revised EPT structure, including milestones, practice payments, technical assistance support, and more. In addition, this webinar will focus on how MCPs can support their sponsored practices.
