March DxF Bootcamp – Part 1

The CalHHS Data Exchange Framework (DxF) facilitates the secure and appropriate exchange of health and social services information, giving providers a clear understanding of a patient’s full health history and the information needed to provide safe, effective, whole-person care.

The EPT DxF Bootcamp, presented by BluePath Health, will provide EPT Practices and their partners step-by-step guidance to identify their organizations’ priority data sharing use cases, existing assets, best practices for partner engagement, and technology resources to build a roadmap towards secure, real-time data exchange.

Attendees should anticipate hands-on guidance from the data sharing experts who have supported dozens of organizations in varying stages of DxF implementation and diverse data exchange questions and needs. Participating in the Bootcamp enables organizations to design their roadmap and preview how to engage in the Community Design Studio and DxF Community Sandbox to mimic a real world testing environment.
