June Learning Community Part 1 – Behavioral Health Implementation in Practice: Building Safe, Operational, and Reportable Workflows

Practices across EPT have made major progress implementing behavioral health screening and linkage workflows, but early milestone submissions have also revealed significant variation in workflow design, protocol interpretation, data reporting, and linkage documentation.

This session is designed as a practical implementation workshop to help practices strengthen behavioral health workflows, improve data interpretation, operationalize safe and patient-centered protocols, and better understand milestone expectations and reviewer guidance. Through real examples, live troubleshooting, exemplar practice presentations, and a step-by-step walkthrough of the milestone template, practices will leave with clearer direction on how to build sustainable, operational behavioral health integration workflows.
