Skill Building Workshop – HRSN Triage & Response Protocols

Session 2 will drill down on designing tiered triage protocols, guidance on responding to positive screen per non-urgent or urgent social needs, and how to develop a high-fidelity training plan for staff. This session will provide training recommendations to embed trauma-informed and person-centered care, with an emphasis in harm reduction approaches.
