Skill Building Workshop – Integrating HRSN & BH Screening into Workflows & Applying PDSA Cycles

Join us for a hands-on workshop focused on integrating Behavioral Health (BH) and Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN) screening into clinic workflows. Participants will apply PDSA cycles to improve screening and referral processes and strengthen coding and data practices aligned with PHLC metrics.

This 60-minute session features a Lightning Talk, Group Technical Assistance, and an Application Exercise designed to help teams build practical, sustainable workflows that advance DHCS EPT Program goals.
