Using PDSA Cycles to Test and Improve Care Processes In EPT

Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycles are a practical method for testing changes in real clinical workflows before scaling them across a practice. In this session, participants will learn how to use PDSA cycles to test improvements related to quality measures, care workflows, and team processes. The webinar will walk through the core components of a PDSA cycle, common pitfalls practices encounter when testing changes, and strategies for documenting and learning from tests of change.
