Andrei Savastru, MSA

Andrei is the Sr. Director of Finance for the Learning Center, where he supports the organization’s mission by strengthening financial strategy, operational foundations, and long-term sustainability. He works closely with leadership and cross functional teams to promote financial clarity and stability, helping the organization stay focused on delivering high quality education and consulting that advances healthcare transformation.

Throughout his career, Andrei has worked across a wide range of industries and supported organizations through growth, change, and complexity. He brings a hands on and adaptable approach to finance and operations, with experience spanning strategic planning, process design, systems implementation, and team development. His work is grounded in creating structure, transparency, and practical solutions that help teams operate more effectively.

Outside of work, Andrei enjoys skiing, sailing, and continuing to refine his culinary skills – without burning down the kitchen.
