Rachel N. Thosy, MPH, PMP

Rachel N. Thosy, MPH, PMP, is an Implementation Manager at PopHealth Learning Center, where she supports client-facing implementation initiatives and helps deliver structured, scalable solutions that strengthen healthcare operations. She brings extensive experience in healthcare IT, project delivery, and workflow optimization, with a focus on guiding teams through complex implementations with clarity and confidence.
Prior to joining PopHealth Learning Center, Rachel worked at Sharp HealthCare, where she led large-scale EHR integrations, system migrations, and enterprise onboarding efforts across multiple hospitals and ambulatory sites. Her work spanned clinical workflow validation, compliance-driven initiatives, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring successful go-lives and strong end-user adoption.
Rachel holds a Master of Public Health, is a Project Management Professional (PMP), and is Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certified. Outside of work, she enjoys watching pop culture, movies, spending time with her family, and traveling to explore new places.
